“I have a Xfinity DVR connected to my new 32" model NS-32D310NA21. I cannot get a signal through either HDMI port. I works fine connected to coaxial cable. Comcast says it's because this TV is not compatible with their encrypted signal. Is that true?”

I'm actually the one who asked this question. After no response, and poor picture quality with coax connection, I returned the set and purchased the least expensive Samsung Smart TV. What a difference! The Samsung has excellent picture quality and was easy to set up with HDMI connection.
