You either have internal damage or you are keeping it in too small of an area and already live in a very humid area. You more than likely need to get that checked out especially if its leaving a puddle on the floor because that isnt normal, ive owned 2 units of this type of fridge.

Please try again later.Hi TMB, Please perform the troubleshooting steps below: 1.Unplug device and plug another electrical device into outlet to validate outlet is still working (e.g., lamp, small appliance, etc.). 2.Ensure that the refrigerator/freezer is plugged in and that the plug is pushed completely into the outlet. 3.Check that the refrigerator is not in a confined space or a tight cabinet as this can cause their appliance to overheat and eventually malfunction. 4.Ensure that there is no dust build up on the back of the refrigerator, not letting the compressor to work appropriately. 5.Unplug the refrigerator/freezer for two minutes and plug it back in. NOTES: Do not plug unit in before two minutes. If possible. try a different power outlet. If using a power strip or surge protector, please plug the unit directly into the power outlet on the wall. 6.Verify the door(s) close properly. 7.If validating temp related issues. Ensure has waited at least four (4) hours for the fridge/freezer to regulate temperature. 8.Ensure that the thermostat is set to the proper temperature.
