“How to prevent so much condensation from forming on the back of the inside? It’s frozen sometimes, wet others. Have tried changing the dial up and down but it doesn’t seem to do much. What gives? The back is literally soaking wet after a couple hours.”

I observed the same thing... but fortunately it doesn't seem to be building up much... the amount of condensation seems to remain the same...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is normal it is part of how this fridge works just ignore it and it will drip down the drain whenever the compressor turns off the ice will not buildup if it dose build up the fridge is set too cold.
