Hi Nette, are you a customer, or an employee? I was told by a local store manager just yesterday that neither he, nor the sales persons know when the sale(s), or promotion(s) will end. He first stated it was kind of random timing based on market factors, but later in our conversation he mentioned that the "sales" run from Sunday thru Saturday. I've worked retail at various places within the past 20 years. Technology is way more advanced now, so I find that hard to believe. They should know that information! I got approved for the store credit card, went back the very next day to make my purchase, and to my dismay, it was no longer marked down. What was even worse is that the price had shot up well above the previous original price??? If the sales associate had told me that the promotion for that particular model was about to end, I would have moved on it sooner, and saved 95 bucks. I ended up paying more for my fridge than if I had got it while on sale with the 3 year extended warranty. I'm sure I will be happy with my new fridge, but I'm extremely disappointed with this Best Buy experience!!! I'm sure they have some great people, bus storewide they are lacking big time in the customer service area...
