The air vents are located on both side panels. You could try different temperature settings.

Please try again later.This also happening to mine and after messing around with settings we want to return it but am now only five days past return date so we are now out of luck for a return!! We have tried everything to fix it and now believe it is a faulty product pushed on us the consumers!
