That is flammable coolant you need a replacement. The fridge runs on coolant that is pumped around small metal tubes around the inner chassis of the fridge, the black container behind and at the bottom of the fridge contains flammable coolant which is used to maintain temperature. If you are too rough when moving your fridge you can crack a tube/part of the coolant container and you also need to let your fridge sit upright for 3hours before plugging it in to ensure the coolant settles in the coolant tank before its pumped around aka plugged in and working. Get a replacement and if you touched it, wash your hands thoroughly.
