“Is this a good cable to connect to my 4K TV and RCA/HDMI converter that will provide HD picture quality? I bought an HDMI cable on Amazon that is 18Gbps/4K/60Hz, but the quality sucks. Is this a better fit for my TV or is it the same?”

• Don't know about the converter. You need a great antennae for that. We run it off our DVR and they work great.
