“The temperature dial has 0-3, then a bunch of dashes with no numbers, and can still dial up. Does this mean the fridge can be dialed higher than 3 for colder setting? Fridge is not that cold even at 3. Thank you”

- Thermostat set wrong? – Turn thermostat to coldest setting! - Is door gasket sealing? – Be sure door gasket is creating a seal! - Condenser coils dirty? – Clean coils at the back of fridge! - Are the vents blocked? – Clean out all vents to allow airflow! - Ice buildup on freezer? – Defrost the fridge! - Fans are blocked/faulty? – Check that fan(s) is operational!
