• Anonymous You will be total surprised. It is very quiet. I was very surprised. However the manufacture stated "NOT" to put this refrigerator on Carpet. Hope this was helpful.

• You have to open the door and see the light turned on the the verify that it is running.. Yes, it is that quiet it.
