“Just had this unit delivered, installed and turned on. Within 20 minutes, the SIDES of the unit (outside) became very warm. Is this normal?? My common sense says, probably not. I need someone to confirm or advise. Thank you!”

Hi Tom. Thank you for purchasing our Insignia™ - 4.9 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge with Bottom Freezer and ENERGY STAR Certification. Heat dissipation from the condenser may make the outside feel hot. This is normal and happens if the room temperature is high, you have too much food in your refrigerator, you open and close the doors excessively, and in this case, first time using.
