• No, it does not. It has a control for the freezer only and what is recommended it the best, Trust me I tried the next higher level and the manufacture's suggestion was totally correct. However I do wish the refrigerator section was at least 3 degrees cooler.

• No, there is only one temperature adjustment for both the refrigerator and freezer.
