QuestionI have an older Insignia IR TV Model NS-42L780A12. The mute button is worn out since it gets the most usage. Will this replace it or should I continue to look elsewhere?

QuestionI have direct tv and Samsung sound bar. When connecting these, I cannot do both the Directv and sound bar. It will disconnect one when I try to connect the other. Is there some way around this?

- Answer If your tv has cec you might be able to control the volume on your sound bar from your universal remote.

QuestionHow do you get this to work with Roku Premier? It doesn’t have a power on/off featue so you can’t use the scan or code method, and you can’t use the common device option because that doesn’t show any streaming devices.
