• Button failed on 2 of these devices I have bought, one after 10 days of use in late Dec 2022, the other failed right out of the box. Am returning it for my third because I like the device form and charging system. If the next one fails, I might just try to see if I can cut the wire to the fan. They should just redesign this without the useless (to me) fan. It causes needless trouble and add cost. The fan creates a small but annoying noise in my bedroom.

• It works with all AirPods wireless charging cases, I’ve tested it with AirPods Pro and 3rd gen AirPods. As long as the base chargers don’t fail within a week.

• Hi there, it works with AirPods 3rd gen and Pro 1st and 2nd gen as well. Basically it's designed for the whole Airpods series as long as it comes with wireless charging case.
