Hello Best Buy customer Jadieliz and thank you for asking this question as an answer may help other Best Buy customers as well as yourself! If you go Online and enter Best Buy's website, you will see that you will most often have one of three (3) purchase "options" available and they are as follows: (1) "Usually" orders that are over $35.00 I believe can be shipped to your home for free or (2) you can arrange to pick the item up at the store within about an hour if the item or items you want are in stock or (3) you can have the item shipped to store for pick up when it arrives to its in-store destination or your choosing if the store you want to pick the item or items up at does not have the item in stock. There "are" occasions (i.e., like with "clearance" items) where in-store pick and/or shipping-to-home is not an option.
