I got this TV recently and the answer is yes- you wouldn't be able to get the benefits from Roku but you can use the TV without the internet (you can also take it off wifi once it is set up if you intend to use the Roku features- so if it isn't "skippable" on set up you can simply take it off later). Unlike other TVs this has a TV tuner still also. I say go for it! Best deal on the market.
