• You might have a clogged drain line that’s keeping the water from draining or it might be icing up due to dirty filters. Also make sure the exhaust is not being restricted.

• Good luck with best buy customer service , I suggest u call the manufacturer and see if they will send a replacement seal for condensation trap. Best buy customer service is useless.
