“Is this TV compatible with audio return channel technology or Arc HDMI and also what about hdcp 2.2 or 2.1? I'm really doing some digging on surround sound systems I purchase this TV and it's on its way to me I was thinking about doing a Dolby Atmos 5.1”

This is not the smart tv but it is capable with hook-ups for anything u want!! Check for what parts u need to accomplish what u want!!
