• It comes with short legs, as you see in the picture. I bought one of these and these feet were spaced too widely to fit on my TV table. No problem; I was able to find a table stand that attached to where the wall mount fittings go. It was a very inexpensive fix for a pretty good TV.

• Yes, it does have a stand. The stand is about a foot wide and extends an inch or two from the sides of the TV. Just bought one today and set it up no problem without wall mounting.
