Q: QuestionWhat are the advanced sound setting options? This is in regards to sound fluctuations. My Samsung has two specific sound settings, one of which when chosen cures sound going soft then louder. TV's without such options will make it impossible to correct.

• A:Answer After looking on Google about this, I found it lists two settings in the Audio Format section of "Settings". If I'm not mistaken, and your sound via cable connection causes the sound volume to fluctuate up and down, you should check to see what the factory set it too. If the default setting is "Pass Thru" you want to change it to the other option which is "PCM". This should fix what some cable users describe as very annoying. That is...the sound constantly slowly decreases in volume, then increases back up in volume. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know if you can watch Netflix & Amazon Prime on this TV or do you need to have a Smart TV to do this? I used to have an RCA 55inch from 2013 & it was not a smart tv. I was able to watch Netflix & Prime so just curious if you can with this one?
