“Just bought this TV. The HDMI (ARC) port as, I understand it, is the port that sends the TV audio to a receiver (in my case). So to me that seems like an output port yet on the box and in the manual it states it is an input port. What am I missing?”

• HDMI ARC ports are both an Input and Output port. it should autodetect if you are sending or receiving signal.
