“when we use Roku tv some channels have closed captions. I have read everywhere online how to change it but it’s not giving me the accessibility option (the Roku is CA) and when I put it as none on the options nothing works. It’s only some channels”

Hello Ruko, While watching Live TV, press the "Menu" button (≡) on the Remote to display the "Options" menu. Select "Captions and Audio". For closed captions settings, go to "Home" > "Settings" > "Accessibility".
