• Just hold down on the Menu and Back buttons until the lady informs you that she'll stop talking now, and you're good to go. If that doesn't work, you can always do it via Settings. • This TV has fire TV built in. Fire TV is Amazon. Amazon is Alexa. If you're not a fan of Alexa, I would look at others, such as something that is Roku based
