“I just bought this tv and we are having to reboot the xfitinty box every morning... some people are suggesting to turn off the UHD but I can’t figure out how to do that. Any suggestions appreciated.”

Hi! I am sorry to read that you are having some issues with the Xfinity box and your TV. To turn off the UHD resolution please press and hold the rewind and up buttons for more than 10 seconds on your fire remote control. It should change between Auto, 1080p and 2160p (select 1080p).
