Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a Samsung-brand portfolio case; it has a special window on the front for added features, and it works fine with this charger. I had such a case on my S6, and after consulting with a BB employee, bought the charger. It worked fine with the portfolio cover, and also my S7 Edge, also with a portfolio cover.. Be aware that it is slower than a direct-connect charger, but it is convenient to just place the phone on the charger, confirm, and go.
