“Insignia charge pay purchased last weekend along with two Samsung S8 smart phones. All worked perfectly until yesterday. Charge pad stopped. No lights of any color. Neither phone charges or signals lights of any color. Phones charge on wall chargers.”

Yes my charger also did this I believe the cord becomes worn . I almost gave up until after plugging it back in it began to work, but yes I do believe it is the android cord. Make sure also the placement of the phone. Sometimes the charge pad will not properly recognize the phone it must be moved until you see a blur light lite up. This will come from the front of the charge pad. Hope this helps!!
