You may have to purchase a male/female adapter and then connect it to your pin cable, then connect to the tv. A gibit HDMI adapter, also might be helpful.

If you only have the pin type connection from the Antenna, you can also purchase a small adapter (usually rather inexpensive) to allow you to utilize the HDMI cable for the connection.
