• This cable supports 4K at 30Hz, not 4K at 60Hz. It is 10gbps not 18gbps

• I'm using these cables on a Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV and am receiving a 4K picture. Maybe you received a a bad cable.

• They support 4k at 60 fps as that is how I am using them. I am using a samsung 4k tv as my computer monitor at full 4k resolution.
