It didn't work with PS VR, any advise is appreciated null

Hello Sali, This cable is only to extend the length of PS4 camera cable. Other then the fact that you need the PS4 camera to use PS VR this cable doesn't really have anything PS VR. Mads0n

If you're only using one I'd assume that it's defective. I used mine with Farpoint the other day, worked great. The only difference I can see is I'm running a PS4 PRO.

It did work with my camera using PSVR.
