- Answer If you want to use it as a link to a PC you need USB 3.0+, which this is not. It might charge it though if that's all you want it for.

- Answer I doubt you would be able to stream with this as this is basically a USB power strip. For streaming I'd recommend a device called the Screenbeam mini by Actiontec (SKU: 5637023).
