A:AnswerIt doesn't appear to have any. There are no resets and there is nothing on the outside that would indicate that it had overload protection. Even the schematic doesn't reveal any sort of fuse or other overamperage protection.
A:AnswerI would assume that the start-up amperage would not be higher than it is rated which is 1.45 amps (115 volts and 130 watts is a little less than that so it should be the max).
A:AnswerShould defintely not take more than 24 hours. Might be faulty. Is that little blue light glowing on the bottom front? If the blue light is not glowing perhaps your outlet is not working.
