“I have had this for one week. Set temp at almost max. Temp reads 14 degrees. Why can't I get this to zero degrees. Is that normal? It also makes continual gurgling sounds”

Mine holds zero degrees with o problem. Check with manufacturer. Should be under warranty. Noises normal operation.
