• Cannot agree more. Have an issue with a 10 mo old Insignia product. Called Best buy, they refer me to Insignia as I do not have the geek squad protection. Called Insignia, they refer me back to Geek Squad as I am still under warranty of 1 year. Called Geek Squad, they are sorry as under 2 conditions they can not provide support- (1) the product under manufacturer warranty, and (2) the product which is not under Geek Squad. Simply a harassments. Try to avoid both- Best buy and Insignia.
