“I thought I would only have to defrost this freezer once or twice a year, I have had it for two weeks and it is already beginning to form frost in it. Am I doing something wrong? Where should the setting be? I hate to think I have to defrost now”

We love our little freezer! We returned our first one because it didn’t freeze. We have had this one for over a month and no problems. We keep ours we’ll- stocked and I think that may be better for it. No frost so far. Also, the door gasket may need to be checked. I would call for service.
