“We need to put it in the garage and sometimes it gets up to 100 degrees. We generally leave in the summer and would turn it off for up to 4 months. Do you advise there conditions?”

• I can't speak for the turning it on/off. I do however keep mine in my garage in Texas. I has worked great so far.

• You should not have a problem. When you turn it off make sure to leave the freezer door ajar to prevent molding.
