“We've owned this freezer for 24 days. We've tried 3 different working outlets in our garage, and it will not cool. It makes a quiet hum, but doesn't actually get cold. Manual is not helpful. It was transported home upright. Please help!”

I would say it’s just a bad unit. I also brought mine home upright and plugged it in and it was down to 16 degrees within just a couple hours. The humming sounds like it’s probably a mechanical issue. I would return it or exchange it soon as possible.
