“I’ve had this freezer since April. Meat stays frozen solid but ice cream won’t stay frozen. It gets super soft in this freezer. Any suggestions how to fix this? Insignia was not helpful.”

store on bottom shelf as heat rises in any environment, just a guess cause mine stays frozen there
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem but I would try moving the ice cream containers tward the back of the freezer and see if it helps. I hope it works for you.
