Howdy Ahmad, There are few things I did before adding food. 1)Test the seal to ensure a tight fit by sliding a piece of paper between the magnet an frame while the door is closed. 2) I keep my freezer thermostat setting around 6 1/2 just enough to keep my food frozen solid. 3)rub a light coat of Vaseline on the magnet and frame which creats a great seal. I do this to all my Refrigerators, Freezers, Cigar Humidors etc...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Your freezer door seal may need replacing. We had ours repaired within the first few months. We also had a brand new compressor replaced within 3 years. Not happy with this purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might want to check the door. Make sure you have a tight and clean seal. Mine is about a month old. I have the temp dial only about halfway and so far zero frost. Not sure but best of luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Frost with this freezer is normal. It is a deep freezer. As such it will frost any moisture in the air or contents. Best to fill the freezer completely, and not open the door more than once per day. The more often the door is open the more moist air is introduced to the interior and the more frost will appear. To defrost, unplug for a day or two. But remember, best to not open the door too often, especially if its not very full.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you use tie down 2 straps around the freezer and crank it tight around the door if u want seal tight
