“Freezer delivered Wednesday, it's Saturday. There is already frost in the freezer. Is this normal? The freezer was delivered with the control panel hanging off so had someone install it correctly.”

• I've had my freezer for about a month and have a thin film of frost but I try not to open it any more frequently than necessary. I also try to close it as quickly as possible. I figured I would have to defrost this one periodically when I purchased it but am not sure how often "periodically" will occur until I've had it longer. (And this is my second one because the first one never got cold.) So far, I'm less than impressed with this item.
