“If you plug it into a USB, does it turn on instantly? I want to put on a Home Automation On/Off power switch. I would want it to come on at the brightness that I chose prior and not have to push the wired remote buttons to set each time power is turned on”

• IT HAS AN ON/OFF SWITCH THAT REMEMBERS ITS SETTING. IF YOU LEAVE IT ON, WHEN THE USB PORT IS POWERED ON 'SUCH AS TURNING YOUR TV ON' IT WILL LIGHT UP. AND VICE VERSA ITLL TURN OFF WHEN THE PORT LOSES POWER WHEN TV IS TURNED OFF. THE BRIGHTNESS SETTING IS ALSO REMEMBERED.

• They power on to the last color/brightness selected, and they work great. As soon as the TV is turned on, they fire up.

• It doesn't turn on when it gets plugged in. You have to press the power button on the tape light
