“How strong is the reception range for the radio especially on AM?”

• The radio on the one I bought did not work. Had to take it back.

• It is OK but not great, the antennae is a small black wire that comes off the back. It works but is not the best, a telescoping antennae would have been better.

• This little boom box has adequate reception, not super sensitive but good for general use and reasonable for this price range.

• It has the normal strength. There's no real measure of signal strength that I can give you. It will have the normal reception of a normal radio.
