Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Insignia Charge and Play Kit comes with a rechargeable battery which isn't supplied with the XBox One S. So you either keep a hefty supply of AA batteries on hand (expensive) or stay tethered to the console (NOPE). I would NOT advise charging this item with a cell phone charger. Rechargeable batteries are amp sensitive and could damage the battery, the controller or even your console. This kit is worth the $15 or $20 bucks..and it works, no problem.
