“I bought the insignia full motion tv mount (model NS-HTVMM1703-C). I mounted it but turns out one side is about 5/8 of an inch lower (notice to the eye). Is there a way to fix without re-mounting? Does the tv mount have a built in adjustment somehow?”

Actually seems that there are 4 screws in the back of the mount which if you loosen you can move mount to adjust.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have noticed this as well, seems to be bad quality control by the manufacturer, it is NOT fixable!!! Only option is to mount it at a slight angle so that the lower side evens out with the other side!!!
