“the TV is slightly unlevel after mounting. The manual says that it can be rotated plus or minus 3 degrees which i assume is so that the level can be adjusted but I cannot find any adjustment to make it rotate the 3 degrees if anyone can be of assistance.”

Can be tilted slightly up and down, no rotate.

Please try again later.If you are referring to adjusting the mount angle, just hold the sides of the TV, then push one side while pulling the other side to to rotate the TV left or right.
