“Some companies offer to fix your phone if it damaged while using their product. Is this something Insignia does? My two year old dropping my phone with the case on and shattered my back glass. I though this case would at least protect it that small drop.”

Well it’s not an otter box, so no I’m pretty sure they don’t offer that. It’s Best Buy’s brand. I drop my phone all the time and it’s held up on my phone pretty well
