You can connect your source device into the HDMI IN on this Audio Extractor, then hook up your Monitor to the HDMI OUT on this Audio Extractor and your soundbar to the Optical Out on this Audio Extractor. If you need to show the same signal on 2 monitors, you can hook up an HDMI Splitter like the model RF-G1603 into the HDMI OUT on this Audio Extractor, then your monitors to the Splitter.
