• It's a usb charger. As liong as you have a usb cord, you can charge devices.

• To be honest, I have never owned an LG phone, but most Android phones do use a Micro USB cable. So, if it has the same sized port/charger hole as mine (a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus), it should work fine.
