Will the phone be able to rotate up,down, left, right? null

The tripod that comes in the kit allows you to position the phone at the correct angle. You can even set it up and rotate it a bit up and down to get a good video. Might have to turn the entire tripod if trying to get a panoramic photograph but small range to rotate left and right. You just have to be mindful of the weight of your phone when positioning it.

When mounted on the tripod, it is in landscape mode only. If you can attach it to something vertical, it would be in portrait mode.

Yes the selfie stick is adjustable with screw like head. Works well for me.
