It does have volume control, however it can only go up as high as the volume on your phone allows. It can be used in place up turning the volume up and down on your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello "petetheDog41", Yes it has a volume control on the cord about 2 feet from the headset. There is also an adjustable shirt clip before the volume control. You can also control the volume via your computer "Volume" controls and that changes in the headset. I am also hard of hearing and this headset works great for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does have volume control. I am hard of hearing, too, and have tinnitus. However, be aware that you must buy a USB adapter for some of these headsets. If you are using desktop PC, you should be ok if it is newer. My first two sets of headphones, years ago, had a USB end on the cord. Apparently, now they don’t. So, make sure you have the right end on the cord for your situation. I just bought Dukabel USB 2.0 adapters. The new headsets have two standard male plugs that you would plug in to PC, But I use mine mostly with my laptop. If you order by mail, I would go to local Best Buy to get you adapter, if necessary. Also, you might have someone technical with computers ensure you get the right adapter for your situation, if necessary.
