“Why Does It Repeat Songs I have to keep hitting the shuffle feature on my iPhone 5s or it plays the same song over and over. It doesn't matter if I'm using it to listen to all my songs or if I'm playing a Playlist. How can I correct this? Thank you!”

• Although not experiencing the same situation using the iPhone 6s, I suggest you look at your phone's setting or, take it to an Apple Store if you live near one.

• Set your iphone to shuffle by default.

• The Bluetooth speaker only plays the audio that the phone sends over to it, the speaker does not have the ability to randomize or shuffle what your phone is playing.

• That sounds like a problem with your iphone NOT the speaker. Check to see if you have "repeat" setting turned on???(should be off). Contact Apple.
