“Ok, I'm stumped, I'm pretty darn good w/ devices but I can't seem to figure out how to pair it w/ my Samsung soundbar, or would I try pairing it w/ the TV (tried that, just kept looking for stuff to pair with), any ideas?”

Hi there! Well, it is not successfully pairing with your soundbar or with your television because all three devices are "receiver" type bluetooth devices. Meaning that all three of the devices are looking for information to emit. In this case, you would need to pair it with a "transmitter" type device like a smartphone, tablet, computer, etc. -Brian Insignia Support
